Fire and Ice Collectibles offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with any of our products for any reason, return it for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Item must be returned in the exact same condition we shipped it in. We do not pay for return shipping either nor do we accept COD returns. If the product is damaged during shipping - we will place the claim on all damaged items with UPS (USPS all claims must be placed by the receiver) or if we shipped the wrong product - incorrect orders will be sent free of charge. Email us: at fireice@cox.net . All claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products, after that all sales are final. Please contact us before returning any product.

If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.

  1. You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within in 3 days of receiving the item
  2. All items must be received by us with in 7 days of our first notification to you
  3. All returns must be shipped insured and tracked.
  4. Returned items must be the same item in exact same condition as originally shipped.
  5. If you choose to return the item and it does not meet the guide lines above or it is after the 7 day notice
Refunds are for the FINAL BID purchase price only minus any restock fees that may apply. Shipping costs, insurance, handling charges, custom tariff, and/or taxes (if any), and any thing else we might of missed are non refundable. WE REFUND ONLY YOUR BID AMOUNT and any Arizona state tax that was applied ONLY.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item as completely as possible. PLEASE remember we are not experts so ask. For a refund to occur you must adhere to our returns policies and procedures. No item will be accepted for a return if the item has been altered, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer. If the item was sealed it must be returned sealed and unused. If we receive an item that has been altered, disassembled, or mishandled by the buyer we will inform the customer that we will not accept the return. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees or we will donate the item to charity if the buyer doesn’t want the item.

Software and games are not refundable. We have had to many problems with buyers trying to switch software and games that we now must state
